Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@ergo-shoppe.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Return Policies (Vendor Specific):

BodyBilt:

Please contact The Ergo Shoppe by phone (314-673-1340) or email (returns@ergo-shoppe.com) within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization number. All returns must be factory approved and have a return authorization (RA) number included from BodyBilt (ErgoGenesis). RA numbers are valid for 30 days from issuance. Returned items must be assessed for quality control before deductions are honored. We do not accept unauthorized returns under any circumstances.

Harwick: 

Please contact The Ergo Shoppe by phone (314-673-1340) or email (returns@ergo-shoppe.com) within 20 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Once issued, products must be received back to the Harwick Philadelphia warehouse within 20 days. All items must be shipped prepaid and received in new, resalable condition. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. Any item returned without an RA#, or outside of the 20 day period will be refused. Any damaged/defective item will be shipped replacement parts under our damage policy.

Boss / Norstar Office Products:

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, or if you find that it is defective or damaged, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date from Norstar with proof of purchase.

• After 30 days, Norstar will replace the defective or damaged parts and components based on the guidelines within the limited warranty.

• Please contact The Ergo Shoppe by phone (314-673-1340) or email (returns@ergo-shoppe.com) within 20 days of delivery for a return merchandise authorization number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained to process the return and is valid for 30 days from date issued and must be included with the returned product.

• Merchandise returned free of defects or damages must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Customer must return the merchandise freight prepaid to Norstar’s designated location. Norstar will not refund to customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Norstar can assess up to a 25% restocking fee against the Customer’s account on all non-defective returns for refund/exchange.

• Credit for the full cost minus shipping and processing fees, where applicable, will be issued to customers upon receipt of the returned merchandise. • Damages due to freight carrier mishandling and/or concealed damage, must be reported within 5 days of receipt of product. Credit for damaged merchandise will be issued to customers upon resolution of the claim to the freight carrier on behalf of the customer.

• Damages done when shipping 3rd party are not covered in this return policy. Customer will be responsible for any claims that need to be filed with the 3rd party carrier, both Trucking and Fed Ex/UPS.

Ergotron:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a refund if you:

  • Contact The Ergo Shoppe via email (returns@ergo-shoppe.com) within 20 days of delivery of item(s) you would like to return. During this Return Period, our Customer Care team will respond with authorization and instructions for returning your item(s). Please include your Order ID and reason for your return.
  • Ship the item back within 30 days of receiving the authorization using original packaging and all instructions that our Customer Care team provided.

If Ergotron receives the product in resalable condition, a refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of your original purchase price. Typically, any approved refund will show up on your credit/debit card within 1 week of the arrival of your returned item(s) back at Ergotron.

Remember, your return needs to be sent back in the original packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging, that’s ok. We will simply charge a restocking fee equal to 25% of the item’s original purchase price.
